I’m a little behind the times, I’ve only recently discovered that the Dr Zak’s range is dairy free
Working at bodypower I missed out on the release of these bagels so I was so exited when they arrived in store today, a pack of 4 is available at www.shop4supplements.co.uk for £3.99 .
Bagels are my favourite!!! I could live off cinnamon and raisin bagels for the rest of my life 
the nutritional information on these bagels is quite impressive , nearly half the carbohydrate levels of a regular bagel and 24g of protein, over double in comparison to the New York bakery range.
Along side my bagel I made a Mexican style omelette, red onion, peppers and jalepenos with a side of hot salsa. Using the bagel as my carbs after a workout the added protein is a massive bonus. The bagel feels very dense but in no way effects the taste or texture, I was amazed how soft it was and without butter it wasn’t dry!
