Apple cider vinegar (also known as ACV or cider vinegar) made from cider or apple must.It is a pale amber colour and if unpasteurised or organic will contain the mother.The mother is made up of strands of proteins,enzymes and friendly bacteria and is responsible for the main beneficial effects.
