2016 So Far: Competed in UKBFF Mens Physique , Placed 3rd. Now focusing on placing in the British Finals this October.
About: For Stuart training is something that was always installed upon him by his parents from a very young age. If there was a sport or activity going on, they were encouraged to take part. So obviously an active lifestyle was part of everyday life for Stuart however it took until he was 18 years old to actually fall in love with it. His first step in the fitness industry was attending Leeds university, studying Sports Science with Strength and conditioning and Performance Analysis. After completing his degree , he went on to complete his PT Level 3 qualification in August 2015. Helping others to achieve their goals is his passion.
Proudest achievement: Stuart has served his country on many different levels but his proudest achievement would be running anti terrorism and firearm operations during London 2012 Olympics.
Personal Health and Fitness Journey: In November 2012 Stuart's extremely active lifestyle took a dramatic turn for the worst when he ruptured his ACL during his last boxing fight. The injury resulted in surgery and Stuart, who is 6ft tall went down to a tiny 9 stone. Since surgery and spending time recovering he has spent a lot of time rebuilding himself, now standing at 13 stone 3 pounds and a body fat of sub 6.5%, he stepped on stage in Warrington to compete in UKBFF mens physique under 182 category, placing 3rd meaning he will be at the finals this October. Continuing his reverse diet and beginning a building phase once again, we can't wait to see how this prep goes!!
