SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR
SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR is based on the same formulation like other SQUEEZY ATHLETIC products: produced from wholegrain wheat, transformed by a patented double fermentation process including vitamin yeast and probiotic cultures, during which starches are almost entirely eliminated. The result: valuable protein, energy-giving carbohydrates, and fibres with a very low Glycaemic Index (< 30).
The SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR is the ideal snack for in between.
The available flavour is apple/yoghurt with a delicious chocolate glace. The bar weights 40 g.
The bar is no adequate food substitute because of its low amount of agents which is caused by the low weight. It’s recommended consuming up to 3 bars daily.
THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR
1)The SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR has a strong sense of satiation (368 %). The sense of satiation is related with the portions of calories of food. A 245 calorie portion of white bread has an index of 100 %. For comparison: 285 g of potatoes has (sense of satiation 323 %) 245 calories. So they are less satiable then an amount of 70 g of the SQUEEZY ATHLETIC BAR which as well has 245 calories.
