Recommended dose:
Adults: Chew 1-2 pastilles every hour, or as needed, up to 8 a day.
Children 6-8 years: Chew 1 pastille every 3 hours, up to 4 a day.
Children 9-12 years: Chew 1 pastille every 1-2 hours, up to 8 a day.

Emulsifier: Acacia Gum, Sweeteners: Maltitol & Steviol Glycosides, Humectant: Sorbitol, Freeze-Dried Black Elderberry Juice Powder (Sambucus nigra) (8.25%) (AntiVirin®), Honey (4.13%), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Gluconate, Flavouring: Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum), Glazing Agent: Vegetable (Palm Kernel) Oil & Beeswax White.
Cautions:
Do not exceed 8 lozenges per day. Not to be swallowed whole. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under the age of 6. Keep out of reach and sight of children. If under medical supervision or pregnant, seek medical advice before taking. Suitable for vegetarians.
