Citric Acid, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Sweetener (Sorbitol), Sodium Carbonate, Inulin, Potato Starch, Natural Orange Flavouring, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Sweetener (Sucralose), Maltodextrin, Beetroot Powder, Colouring (Riboflavin)
Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Vitamin c powder, ideal for mixing with fruit juice as a drink or as an additive in breadmaking as a yeast enhancer. Mix with your favourite fruit juice as required. Can also be used in bread making:
Use 0.5g (1/10th level teaspoon) per 450g white flour and 1g (1/5th level teaspoon) [er 450g wholemeal flour
One level teaspoon in a glass of fruit juice per day.
As an additive in bread: Use 0.5g per 450g white flour and 1g per 450g wholemeal flour.
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid).
One level 5ml teaspoon will provide on average 3000mg of Vitamin C which is 5000% of EC recommended daily allowance (60mg).
